The Womens Basktball team is a well established, well coached and an organised team. It works alongside the Men's basketball team to increase the profile of basketball within the university. Again the team competes in BUCS and had a great season winning 9 out of 10 games. Its highlight was the huge win at local varsity rivals Derby. It is part of a great social scene and offers a perfect way to sample what being part of a club or society is all about. The women’s side welcome seasoned players as well as those that want to give basketball a go.
