We also hope to gain Charity status and are in the process of applying for our charity registration

As a company Limited by Guarantee and prospective charity we have a number of pieces of governing documentation. These are:-

The Articles of Association
This is where the rules for the running of the SU's affairs and how these relate to our membership are set out.
It contains details of the:-

• number and names of directors
