• be recognised as first choice Union and by other in the student movement fully involve the student population in our governance and our activities
• attract develop and retain the best staff
• provide professionally run student led services
• further enhance the University and the Student experience
• represent the divers and changing student population
• ensure the success of new initiatives and especially the S.O.A.P centre
• ensure the smooth effective and timely merging of services with the E.S
• develop partnerships with the University and wider community while upholding the autonomy of the S.U and the A.U
