My main aims for this year is to make sure that:

2) Have better communication with all teams.
3) Provide Club development plans to all teams.
4) Increase BUCS Rankings and also keep the Varsity trophy.
5) Increase awareness of the new budget scheme and the development fund.
6) Make better links with the sports centre and the sports and exercise science faculty.
7) More awareness of funding opportunities, community volunteering, coaching courses etc.
8) Ensure all teams have the best i can give and solve problems together.
9) Create new events, develop inter mural and non competitive sport and increase TOUR numbers.
10) Rebrand the Sports and societies together with the students union to create a better unity and not seperate from this.
