Accredited Landlords

 The City of Lincoln Student Accreditation Scheme provides a set of standards for landlords to provide ‘Safe, Secure, Well Managed Housing’. The scheme is led by Lincoln City Council and has a number of partners including University of Lincoln, Bishop Grosseteste University College, Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, Lincolnshire Police Authority and Lincolnshire County Council (Trading Standards).

The Housing Fayre 2010

Are you already looking for your house for 2010/11?  If the answer's yes, Stop!

The Students' Union and University's Residential Services do not release their information on properties and landlords until the day of the Housing Fayre in January 2010.

Do not be tempted to sign a contract before the Housing fayre, Lincoln has pleanty property to go around.
