Thinking of running in the SU By-Election?
If you are interested in running for a position, nominations open at 10am on FRIDAY 14TH OCTOBER 2011.
You must be a current member of the Students’ Union to run for a position.*
Election Packs for candidates will be available online or from the SOAP Centre, Brayford Campus from
10am, FRIDAY 14TH OCTOBER 2011.
There are seven Part Time voluntary Student Officer positions available:
Campaigns Officer
Sports Officer
Societies Officer
Satellite Campus Officer
Postgraduate Officer
Community Action and Student Fundraising Officer
Non-Portfolio Officer
In addition to the above positions, we will be electing the following:
NUS Conference Delegates x 2
Completed Nomination Forms need to be submitted electronically to elections@lincolnsu.com no later than
4pm on FRIDAY 21ST OCTOBER 2011

Information for Voters
All current members of the Students’ Union have the opportunity to vote*. You will be able to vote online at www.lincolnsu.com/elections from
9am MONDAY 31ST OCTOBER 2011, until
9am THURSDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 2011.
Results
The results will be announced
6PM THURSDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 2011
and will be available online at www.lincolnsu.com
*If you wish to participate in the election process, you will need to be an enrolled student as well as a member of the Students’ Union at least two weeks prior to voting commencing. If you opted out of the SU for any reason but now wish to either stand for election or vote, you should go to the Student Support Centre to be reinstated.
