Membership and Costs
Membership is FREE, we do not charge to join the group.
However some socials may require you to put money towards them if you wish to come along.

Meetings
Meetings for 2010/11 will be held weekly, every Thursday in the Hub at 7pm - that's upstairs in Tower Bar, unless there is an event or social in which case you will be informed of any changes through the Facebook group.

Everyone is welcome to join the group and come along to the meetings and events, we are an open diversity group, and will happily accept anyone providing you accept us.
General
The group deals with many items but our main focus is to socialise, hence we put a lot of emphasis on our socials and group events to allow people to mingle. See the Socials and Events page for details or our Facebook page.
We also do some campaign work, with very successful anti-homophobia campaigns, and our petition against the ban on practising gay men giving blood as well as promoting diversity and acceptance throughout the University.
Each member can be as involved or as separate as they wish, and participation in one campaign doesn't mean you must be in another.
We also encourage associate and alumni members to come along to meetings, though they cannot hold positions of responsibility within the group.
