Title of role:
Students’ Union Helper (SU Helper)
Tasks:
To be a member of a team of Helpers providing support to create a friendly and welcoming environment for all new students during Welcome Week.
You will be required to give guidance to new students, help them locate key services around the campus, be a point of contact for queries, encourage students to participate in a variety of social activities, and be a role model to all students.
Location:
In and around the Brayford Campus and Lincoln city centre
Support and supervision:
Volunteer Co-ordinator – Jane Kilby and other Students’ Union staff
