About Pole Fitness
The University of Lincoln's Pole Fitness Society was founded in 2018. We welcome all abilities and train weekly at a studio in South Hykeham. The sessions aim to teach you the basics, particularly if you are new to pole, before progressing to more advanced moves. Pole Fitness builds strength, flexibility and balance. Don't want to train in Pole Fitness or want to bring along friends who don't to our socials? We have a social membership priced at just £5 so you can still be a part of the club and attend all the fun events and trips we plan throughout the year.
All of our clubs and societies are run by a committee.
A committee is a team of people that lead, organise and publicise a group within your Students’ Union.
It can be really rewarding as well as being a great way to gain experience and invaluable skills for your future career.
