Student-led Projects

Over the years we have had a number of volunteer projects set up and run by passionate students.

You may have seen projects such as Lincoln Marrow who raised money for Anthony Nolan & got loads of students registered to become bone marrow donors; you might have seen the cute guide dogs on campus – here to raise money for the Guide Dogs and raise awareness of the issues facing people with sight impairments. Or how about the Homeless Period – students collecting sanitary products to make care packages, then working with local organisations who support the homeless in Lincoln to get these packages distributed.

These are just a few of the projects that ran last year – if you have a passion for making a difference and an idea about how to do it, we want to hear from you. Our staff will help you turn your ideas into reality.
