People & Organisations: Elouise Blanchflower (WINNER) - 29 votes | Yimin Jiang – 29 votes | RON - 4 votes. All losing candidates are eliminated. Count after substage 1 of 1 of eliminating RON. Transferred votes with value 1.00. Since no candidate has been elected, the quota is reduced to 29.00. Candidates Elouise Marie Blanchflower and Yimin Jiang were tied when choosing a candidate over threshold to eliminate. Candidate Yimin Jiang was chosen by breaking the tie randomly. Candidate Elouise Marie Blanchflower has reached the threshold and is elected.
