University of Lincoln student, Harry MacDonald, achieved bronze alongside his team at European football championship in Georgia.

Playing brilliantly as part of England's partially sighted squad, Harry scored a hat-trick during England's semi-final game against tournament hosts, Georgia. Unfortunately due to a sprained ankle, Harry could not continue to compete, but his skills had already helped The Three Lions secure an incredible 28-0 win.

The team then progressed through to the next stage, taking on Russia and narrowly missing out on a chance to play in the final, losing 3-2.

We're so proud of Harry. To make it through to the semi-finals during his first ever England tournament is an amazing achievement. Here's what he had to say about the whole experience:

"Having scored a hat-trick for England against the hosts and then spraining my ankle, I can say that there were mixed emotions throughout but it was an amazing experience."
