Due to a low voter turnout in the recent election for the Postgraduate Research Students’ Officer (PGR), quoracy was not reached, and so no candidate was successfully elected. A bye-election for this role will be held.
The PGR Officer is responsible for representing Research students on all areas of their university experience, ensuring they get the best university experience possible. The successful candidate will sit on University committees to make powerful change to the postgraduate experience, as well as being a huge influence in continuing to build a postgraduate community in Lincoln.
If you are interested in being the next PGR Officer, you can nominate yourself at lincolnsu.com/elections between 12 pm on 12th November and 12 pm on 18th November 2020.
If you do not want to be a Postgraduate Officer but want to vote in this election, you will be able to vote for your preferred candidate at lincolnsu.com/elections between19th November, at 1pm and 22nd November at 1pm.
