An update from your President

We want to reassure any students who may have concerns about the Novel Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19).

“The Students’ Union is working closely with the University of Lincoln to monitor the recent virus outbreak situation, in line with Government and Public Health England Advice. We take the health and safety of our students very seriously and we continue to work alongside the University to issue any further advice and guidance as it becomes available to us.

The Students’ Union is monitoring the outbreak and is holding a daily internal Covid-19 planning group to ensure that we can provide students with timely advice and information around events and activities which may be affected including Varsity and Tour. The University is taking a proactive response to the outbreak, and is making plans for every scenario, including the highly unlikely event of campus closing under government advice, which is to ensure that students are not negatively affected.

If you have any questions you can get advice and support though the University Student Support team on 01522 837080 - email [email protected] Or you can contact; The SU Advice Centre on 01522 837000 - email us at [email protected]
