The Advice Centre can provide you with professional and friendly help and support on any issues you experience at Lincoln and our aim is to empower you to understand and exercise your rights as a student, tenant and consumer.
Your engagement with us is very important and we prioritise your needs and rights to access a confidential advice service. When you first access our service we will provide you with information about how we record your case and ask for your permission to share your data with relevant University services and departments in advance and only for the purposes of progressing your case.
